I loved the item but wanted the letter to be a different color and didn’t get quick communications back before item was shipped. I know there was bad weather in that state so I am still leaving 5 stars even tho I messaged about the color the day I placed the order. Either way it is a b day gift and on the 7th when we open it I am sure they will love it!!
